EMOTION-IMAGE THERAPY
Every emotion and feeling can be expressed in an image and through getting acquainted with the images we transform them and in such a way emotions and feelings get transformed.
Emotion-Image Therapy was developed by Nikolay Linde, a prominent psychologist and therapist from Moscow, Russia. Emotion-Image Therapy has elements of a few psychological methods such as Gestalt, Symbol Drama, Psychoanalysis, NLP. It is currently recognized in Russia and Europe as one of the leading most effective methods in therapy, usually after 1-2 sessions already some effect of therapy is tangible and with a series of sessions clients can achieve significant positive changes in their emotional state, health, relationships and overall wellbeing.
EIT sessions can be taken as a single session and as a series of sessions (in a package), requests / topics vary, see below the list of topics.
